When planted en masse the small, pure blue flowers of Chionodoxa sardensis, common name Glory of the snow, are a stunning sight. The flowers of this Glory of the snow have a small white centre. Chionodoxa sardensis is a suitable bulb for naturalising in a stinzen-meadow, or for in a border.
