Camassia (common name, Camass) is native to North America. These bulbs are suitable to grow in borders, for example combined with Hostas, or to naturalise in sunny meadow areas. Cammassia prefers a rather loamy or clayey soil. If you’re gardening on sand then enrich every planting hole with clay minerals to ensure a top performance.
