The Anemone blanda 'White Splendour', commonly known as Winter windflower, has large white flowers, which are sometimes a pale pink on the reverse. The white Winter windflower prefers a somewhat clayey or loamy soil. This Anemone naturalises well and looks good alongside Grape hyacinths (Muscari).
